Lance Richert
Founder and Managing Partner

Lance Richert is a senior executive with experience driving financial and commercial successes. He has led organizations through restructuring, performance improvement, and value enhancement across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and South America.

Lance has guided owners and leadership teams through critical global inflection points, including M&A and divestiture readiness, global carve-outs and negotiations, and business-health preparation ahead of sale. He has overseen large-scale global SAP and CRM implementations and led global commercial teams managing complex, multinational customer accounts and developing global key-account strategies. Lance implemented practical, AI-enabled global sales processes to increase win rates and improve opportunity efficiency. Through these initiatives, he strengthened global commercial strategy, sales execution, and cross-functional leadership—improving reporting discipline, customer profitability, commercial effectiveness, and decision clarity, all key drivers of enterprise value.

Grounded in both strategy and execution, Lance brings a practical, owner-centric approach focused on clarity, control, and optionality—whether the objective is growth, succession, or a thoughtful exit.

Lance’s experience spans a range of industries. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. 

​

Outside of work, Lance is an endurance athlete, outdoor enthusiast, and a volunteer with national parks in Michigan.
